We offer professional agency to conventional dry cargo ships, bulkers, tankers, ro-ro and virtually to any floating craft in maritime commercial shipping. We also provide ship agent’s services for vessels under repair or during dry-dock.
From our office in Tallinn we provide comprehensive port agency services to vessels calling Tallinn (City, Kopli, Miiduranna and other yards) as well as Muuga, Kunda, Loksa, Paldiski, Parnu and all other Estonian ports.
Our services include the following:
- reservation of berth in port
- ordering of pilot
- clearance of vessels upon approach, and departure or in roads
- arrangement of immigration and customs control
- bunkering
- crew replacement both in port and in roads
- ordering of ship supplies
- arrangement and supervision of loading and unloading operations
- transmission of operative information to customer
- documentation
Agency services are offered on the basis of Permit (Ship's Agency License) nr 259, 30.05.2011, issued by Estonian Maritime Administration.
